Describe your offerings accurately. Disclose any known allergens in food or herbs. Represent your skills honestly. Trust is the currency of this network.

Respect for All Bodies & Health

All wellness paths are valid — herbalism, midwifery, massage, traditional medicine, and beyond. Do not pressure others toward or away from any health choice. Honor bodily autonomy absolutely.

Protect Our Children & Families

Any content harmful to minors will result in immediate and permanent removal. The safety of children and families is non-negotiable. Elders and caregivers are to be treated with deep respect.

Rule 05 ✦

Money Is Secondary

This is a barter-first economy. Listings that exploit members financially or prioritize profit over community wellbeing will be removed. Support local businesses gently, not aggressively.

Rule 06 ✦

No Harassment, No Hate

Racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, religious discrimination, or any form of targeted harassment will result in immediate removal. We build each other up or we say nothing at all.

Rule 07 ✦

State Stewards Are Your Guides

Each state has a community steward who moderates, supports, and mediates disputes. They are community members, not authorities. Reach out to your steward before escalating any issue.

Rule 08 ✦

Safety in Every Meeting

Always meet first in a public place. Trust your instincts. Tell someone where you’re going. Report any unsafe interactions immediately. Your safety comes first, always.

Strike One — Warning

First violation gets a direct warning from your State Steward. You have 48 hours to respond and correct the issue.

Strike Two — Suspension

Second violation results in a 30-day suspension. All listings removed. A written appeal can be submitted to TheNet@networkexchangetrade.com

Strike Three — Permanent Ban

Third violation results in permanent removal with no appeal. Your safety and the community’s safety comes first always.
